1. Program Overview
Roost Solar’s Residential Referral Program is designed to reward our valued customers for sharing their experience with our shared community. It’s our way of saying thanks and reinforcing the power of community through solar.
2. Eligibility
• The referral program is open to Roost Solar customers who have completed at least one project with us.
• Referred individuals must be new to Roost Solar and not already in our system.
3. Referral Rewards
• Referred Customer: Receives a $500 discount on their quote.
• Referring Customer: Receives a thoughtfully curated thank-you gift, chosen by the referred customer from a selection of our favorite local businesses.
• Thank-you gifts are fulfilled once the referred customer pays their booking deposit.
4. Project Qualification
• Referral rewards apply to most standard residential solar installations.
• Eligibility is assessed at Roost Solar’s discretion based on factors such as project size, location, and complexity.
• Roost Solar reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies for the referral program and/or rewards.
5. Limits & Conditions
• Referrers may refer an unlimited number of people.
• Each referred customer may only receive one referral discount.
• Referrals that appear self-referred, fraudulent, or abusive may be voided at Roost Solar’s discretion.
6. Program Modifications
• This is a limited-time program and may be paused, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly where practical.
How to Submit a Referral
There are two easy ways to submit a referral:
1. The referred person mentions the existing Roost Solar customer's name when they contact Roost for a quote — either through our website, by phone, or during their consultation.
OR
1. The existing Roost Solar customer fills out our Referral Form with the new customer's contact details before a quote is requested. It’s quick and ensures we know who to thank when the time comes.
To be eligible for the Pay It Forward Referral Program, referrals must be received before the referred customer’s quote is sent. Retroactive referrals won’t qualify — so don’t wait to spread the word!

Promo Details
• During the promotion, the first 25 referred customers will receive $1000 off their quote (instead of $500).
• All other terms and conditions of the referral program below remain unchanged.
Thank you for taking the time to share your Roost Solar experience! As a thank-you, we’re holding a giveaway for customers who provide a testimonial.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to existing customers of Roost Solar. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. How to Enter
You can enter by either:
- Submitting a testimonial by email, or
- Leaving a Google Review of your experience with Roost Solar.
One entry per customer. Email submissions are automatically assumed to grant permission for testimonial use unless otherwise stated. Google reviewers will be contacted to confirm permission for us to share their review outside of Google.
3. Submission DeadlineAll testimonials must be received by May 31, 2025 at 11:59pm to be included in the draw.
4. Prize DetailsFor every 25 testimonials received, we’ll randomly draw one winner to receive a gift valued at approximately $200. Prizes may include a gift or experience from one of the following local businesses:
- RANGE Restaurant at Predator Ridge
- Cambium Cidery and Restaurant
- Antlr Menswear
- Kaleco Clothing
- Ratio Coffee & Pastries
- Okanagan Spirits
Winners may choose from the available prize options or opt to be surprised. Prizes must be picked up either from Roost Solar or directly from the vendor, depending on the prize. No cash alternatives are available.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Roost Solar staff.Winners will be contacted via email and phone. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 90 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Use of Testimonials
By submitting a testimonial via email, you consent to Roost Solar using your feedback for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out. By default, testimonials will be shared using entrants' first name and last initial. If you prefer a different format (e.g., first and last initials or full name), just let us know!
